Meet our Doctor
Expert Care for Your Beloved Pets
Dr. Wicks has spent her career growing and fostering a love for the pets she treats, and their people. Dr. Wicks loves complex medical cases, helping pets to live their best and most comfortable lives, and is amazed daily by the human animal bond.
In 2021, Dr. Wicks earned her certification in hospice and palliative care through the IAAHPC, which included additional training in euthanasia. Since then, it has been her goal to offer an in-home euthanasia practice to this valley that she loves and calls home.
The end of your pet's life is an emotional, difficult time. In forming Embrace Vet, Dr. Wicks hopes to offer a gentle, peaceful option to our community; a chance to say goodbye to your beloved pet in your own home.
It is with pride that Dr. Wicks opens her doors to you and your pet. It is an honor to be here with you, during the hardest part of loving your pet, for that final Embrace.
